They not only require a lot of fresh veggies, but also enough chopping and mincing to give any amateur chef Carpal Tunnel. But the fact remains that you can't survive the Ketogenic Diet on meat alone. Vegetables are a key source of fiber and help keep the metabolism going strong. Otherwise a diet filled with meat and cheese can leave you…uh…backed up. So in an attempt to add more vegetables to my own diet, I threw together a salad that I believe is truly worth the effort. It's got a nice mix of sweet and spicy Keto-friendly ingredients and tastes delicious.
Definitely don't use that whole block of cheese.
